Bike Fitting
Basic Bike Fit - $250 (1hrs)
A professional fit to optimise comfort, posture, and efficiency. We assess your position and make targeted adjustments so your bike feels like an extension of your body.Extended Bike Fit - $450 (2hrs)
A premium fit that includes a full body assessment with physiotherapy or strength input. We look at biomechanics, mobility, and performance goals to create the most powerful and sustainable position possible -

Strength & Conditioning
S&C - $150 (45 minutes)
A focused session designed to help you move better, get stronger, and build long-term resilience. We’ll assess your movement, identify weaknesses or imbalances, and create a targeted program to support your goals - whether that’s performance, injury prevention, or general strength and fitness.
Who it’s for: Anyone wanting to improve strength, function, and confidence in how their body moves- from active beginners to experienced athletes.
Outcomes:
1. Personalised strength or rehab program
2. Technique coaching and load progression

Rolling Start: Cycling Fundementals
Rolling Start – $175 solo/ add a friend available (75 minutes). Group’s available on request.
Perfect for new riders who want to start with strong foundations. We’ll cover the essentials: how your bike works, how to use your gears, safe road skills, and how to ride with confidence.
Who it’s for: Beginners or returning riders who want to feel safe and capable on the road.
Outcomes:
1. Understand how to use gears effectively
2. Build confidence riding on roads and in traffic
3. Learn safe cycling habits and road awareness

Flow State: Cornering Fundamentals
Cornering Masterclass– $155 solo / add a friend available. Groups available on request.
Designed for riders who want to descend and corner with more speed, precision, and flow. This session breaks down the advanced techniques behind fast, confident cornering - the same skills used in racing and criteriums. You’ll learn how to control line choice, body position, braking, and pressure through the bike, with on-road feedback to refine your feel.
Who it’s for: Experienced riders or racers looking to improve corner speed, control, and consistency.
Outcomes:
1. Improve cornering technique and speed
2. Learn how to pick and hold a fast, safe line
3. Refine braking, pressure, and exit control

BASELINE FOUNDATIONS
Baseline Foundations - $850 (4hrs)/ add a friend available.
A complete starting point for new riders. In four hours we combine physiotherapy, bike fitting, and on-bike skills so you leave feeling confident, comfortable, and ready to ride. Ride nutrition is provided to keep you fuelled along the way.
Who it’s for: Riders who are new to cycling or returning after time away, and want to build a strong foundation in one complete session.
What’s included:
1. Physio consult – movement screen, injury history, and tailored strength advice to keep you riding strong
2. Basic Bike Fit – professional physiotherapy-led fit for comfort, performance, and injury prevention
3. Rolling Start session – road basics, bunch etiquette, and cornering fundamentals
4. Basic Beginner Mechanics – hands-on practice fixing a flat, bike cleaning, and understanding common wear points
5. Ride nutrition provided – practical fuelling to keep you energised throughout the sessionOutcomes:
